COMMITTING TO A FEW SESSIONS IN A ROW HELPS CLIENTS FULLY ENGAGE IN THE COACHING PROCESS AND SEE CHANGES.  

DEPENDENT UPON NEEDS, ADDITIONAL SESSIONS CAN BE SET UP ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS OR AS A PACKAGE. 

Group coaching is done in schools and other community centers. Girls work independently and together to identify challenges and inspire each other to focus on a positive future!

Workshops designed to fit the needs of a group are offered as well. Yoga can be incorporated into any workshop.

KATHERINE MEETS BOTH IN PERSON WITH CLIENTS IN SUMMIT COUNTY, CO AND VIRTUALLY WITH ANY CLIENT. OFTEN STARBUCKS, PANERAS AND LIBRARIES ARE OUR FAVE MEETING SPOTS!

SHE SPLITS HER TIME BETWEEN SUMMIT COUNTY, CO AND NEW HAMPSHIRE.

ALL SESSIONS ARE VIRTUAL JUNE-AUGUST.
